Like many of us in Orlando, we lost an ancient and wonderful oak during Charley, and our yard was changed from a shady backyard into a desert.

One of the best decisions we made in our project was hiring Randy Fish and his exceptional crew to handle the project. All ten trees, hundreds of plants, all the brickwork, the irrigation— all done well. The workers were all polite, competent, and hard working.

Randy estimated 3 weeks and few days, and the job was completed within one day of the target.Two years later, we have not lost one plant or tree.
The yard is prettier each day. We live in our yard now, and are able to enjoy the special joy of Florida.

Thank you so much for the wonderful work that you did during our outdoor remodeling. We love it so much! It has changed the way we utilize our house and entertain our guests. We have already spent tons of time outside enjoying it and we love hosting parties at our house. All of our guests consistently remark on the gorgeous backyard and Outdoor Transformations had a huge part in making it that way!

Everyone at your company was such a pleasure to work with and you, Randy, were so patient and helpful in the process. You spent countless hours with us on the phone, at our house and driving us to see prior work and samples. Thanks for all of your handholding and assistance! In all aspects of coordination, we never once worried about you not making the necessary phone calls and there were definitely a lot of parties to coordinate with – general contractor, pool contractor, subs – electricians, gas, plumbers, inspectors, cabinetmakers, pool fence company, landscape nurseries, architects, engineers, etc. – and you handled it with ease!

As you know, a good portion of our work was not drawn out to scale and you all consulted with us before completing each detail of our work to make sure it was built in accordance with our vision. You were always available for phone calls and went the extra mile to help us visualize the final product! Your crew was very professional and courteous and worked diligently to complete the work in a timely manner.

The outdoor kitchen is stunning – we love it and use it all of the time. It definitely has the WOW! factor that we were looking for when we started the project, combined with practical functionality of an outdoor kitchen and bar. The brickwork is gorgeous and exactly what we had in mind when we drew it on the back of a napkin! You all went above and beyond with all aspects of the construction – helping with the selection of the grill/burner, consulting on the refrigerator and ice maker purchases, contacting someone to build the perfect cabinet doors, installing the appliances, assisting in the install of the granite countertops, coordinating with the electricians and so much more.

The wood and brick pergola over the spa in the pool is a beautiful focal point in our backyard. I know it took much more work than anticipated and much coordination with the pool company, architects, engineers and City of Orlando and we thank you for your diligent work in completion of it. The brick work was more complicated than originally estimated, but you all worked hard to ensure that it coordinated perfectly with the rest of our lanai.

The fountain area is so relaxing and lovely. It’s such a treat to sit out there and listen to the water flowing and watch the birds and butterflies that congregate there. Your company was instrumental in the design of this area. We had a vision, but you all took the time and effort to make it come to fruition. You all were patient with this area: digging the basin twice due to customer preferences, helping to select the scuppers and placement of them, suggesting materials to use for the basin, taking us out to the landscape nursery to select plants for it – thanks so much for everything!

The travertine paver work and brick coping is so striking! You were so helpful in the selection of the travertine – giving suggestions as to color, size and placement. You consulted with us on every aspect of the install – sizes of cuts for the stairs, placement of the brick coping and borders. It is such a quality job and we are extremely happy with it. Thanks for coordinating with the pool company and pool fence installation – to ensure a timely install. A lot of this work was performed while we were on a scheduled vacation and it was completed perfectly.

All of the brick work – retaining walls, pathways, front porch walls/columns, kitchen and fountain area – is gorgeous. It is true craftsmanship at its best! The crew was so detailed and took a lot of time and effort to make sure it was consistent in size and grout. There were many starts/stops in the work and yet the quality remained the same. Thanks for ensuring that the same crew was able to complete the work during all of the starts/stops. Also, thanks so much for the many trips to the brick yard and for the extra hand-holding during the brick selection process. You were so helpful in providing samples of brick installation around the city and even drove us around to look at the various installs. You definitely went above-and-beyond!

We highly recommend your company, Outdoor Transformations, to anyone. We had such a wonderful experience and know that Randy and his company, Outdoor Transformations, would complete a gorgeous and professional project for anyone!
